CLOS AMADOR STANDS FOR THE RESPECT OF THE TRADITION, quality AND elegance. We ARE LOCATED 35 km South of Barcelona, IN Sant Sadurní d’Anoia, the heartland of Cava. The vineyards of clos amador are more than 20 years old and are situated about 250m above sea level. We only use INDIGENOUS grape varieties, which give identity to our cavas: Macabeu Xarel·lo Parellada Trepat for Rosé
